Why We Cap Every Class, and Why It Matters

Why We Cap Every Class, and Why It Matters

If you have booked a class with us you have seen a spots-left counter, and sometimes you have seen a class fill before you got in. That is deliberate.

A coach can genuinely watch, correct and adjust for a room of a certain size. Past that number the class becomes a group video: everyone moves, nobody gets seen. We would rather run the same class twice than run it once for a crowd.

Capping also protects the equipment and the floor space. Punch Hour needs a bag per person. RPM Assault needs a bike per person. Z6 needs six clear stations. The cap is set to whatever the room can actually deliver well.

Practically, for you: book early for the popular evening slots, and if a class is full, put yourself on the waitlist - drop-outs are common and the system will offer you the spot automatically. And if a time never has room, tell the front desk. If enough people want it, we add a session.
